June 1, 2010 3rd Millennium announces the completion of a roadmap for specifying and implementing
a toxicology data warehouse. The goals of the roadmap were to determine the feasibility, technologies,
resources, cost and timeframe for creating a unified system capable of handling all pre-clinical toxicology
data at a top 15 pharmaceutical company. Toxicology data is extremely diverse with little commonality
between the many types of assays used in the development and pre-clinical stages of the pipeline. Furthermore,
end user enquiries and requirements vary substantially based on their roles. A successful toxicology
data warehouse must be capable of answering both detailed data pull within the context of a single compound
as well as broad multi-project, multi-compound queries. The roadmap determined that a single unified
model was achievable for all relevant types of assays with sufficient s expressiveness to answer expected
queries. Also, it identified that a service oriented architecture was most suitable to handle loading
of data from both internal operational systems and contract research organizations, and provide granular
security and search capabilities. Finally, the roadmap specified the staging of functionality into multiple
coherent specification and implementation phase.

September 1, 2009 3rd Millennium has announced the completion of a analysis information management
system (AIMS) for loading data from heterogenous sources into a unified protein data warehouse. At the
core of the AIMS is a sophisticated semantic integration engine that unifies several public and proprietary
ontologies and knowledge bases. Data processed through the AIMS is semantically normalized by the integration
engine prior to loading into the warehouse, ensuring consistent and unambiguous information content
in the warehouse. This system was designed and implemented for a large biotechnology company and will
be used to direct and monitor ongoing research programs.
May 30, 2009 3rd Millennium has announced the completion of a prototype for the iGenome™ software
platform for Individual Genetic Health Assessment.
Feb 5, 2009 3rd Millennium has announced the completion of a large scale data collection project
for a network of hospitals to gather life style and medical information from individuals. The project
was performed using online survey tools.
By selecting a best of breed survey software package, the collection
of data was performed entirely using web technologies in less than 2 months. A prior data collection
effort involving phone interviews had required more than 6 months with less data collected ultimately
and significantly more data entry errors.

June 1, 2008 3rd Millennium has been awarded a Phase I Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR)
grant from the National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI) to build a Software
Platform Prototype for Individual Genetic Health Assessment.
March 24, 2008 3rd Millennium has announced the completion of the reengineering of PhosphoSitePlus
(www.phosphosite.org), a comprehensive resource
provided by Cell Signaling Technology (CST) for information concerning protein modifications and their
role in regulating cellular functions. PhosphoSitePlus enables the user to formulate sophisticated queries
based on treatments, diseases, cell lines, and tissues, and result in retrieval of bulk data sets. Results
of these queries can be downloaded for analysis and model-building. There are provisions for bulk queries
that will allow high-throughput labs to determine whether sites from their modification site discovery
programs are novel.
